Injury & Liability

By booking my dog walking services, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms.

Dogs are animals and can behave unpredictably. While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog, I cannot guarantee that your dog will not become injured, ill, lost or involved in an incident while in my care.

You must provide accurate information about your dog, including any medical conditions, behavioural issues, allergies, injuries or history of aggression. I must be informed of any circumstances that may affect the safe handling or walking of your dog.

I will take reasonable care of your dog while providing my services. However, I cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from circumstances outside my reasonable control, or from your dog's own behaviour or characteristics, except where I am legally responsible.

If your dog requires emergency veterinary treatment while in my care, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your nominated emergency contact. If urgent treatment is required, you authorise me to seek veterinary assistance on your behalf. Any veterinary or associated costs remain the responsibility of the owner, except where I am legally liable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.
