Injury and illness

 

While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog, dogs can become injured or unwell unexpectedly while in our care. By booking our services, you acknowledge that some risks are unavoidable.

In the event of an injury or illness, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate first aid and, where necessary, seek veterinary assistance. You authorise us to arrange emergency veterinary treatment where we reasonably believe it is required. Any veterinary, medical or associated costs will be the responsibility of the dog’s owner.

We will not be liable for injury, illness, loss or death arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or from the dog’s own behaviour or pre-existing condition, except where caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law.

Owners must provide accurate information about their dog’s health, behaviour, medical conditions and any known risks.
